Messaged as I needed a key replacement for my car (this was on a Saturday and as far as I can see, he’s available every day). Had a back and forth over messages, got me a price for a new key. Ignored my messages from Saturday, messaged again Monday (ignored) and messaged again today and he replied saying he’ll order it and ring me when it’s there. By this point I’d already found someone else who actually knows how their phone works. I understand you might have a big work load but to not reply from Saturday to Wednesday is nothing short of bad manners. By the looks of his negative reviews it looks like he replies saying he doesn’t recall speaking to the person so I’m intrigued to see his reply if he has one 👍🏼 edit : I like how you can respond to that review within an hour but couldn’t reply from Saturday to Wednesday? You mean to tell me you didn’t check your phone between those days. 🤡

After someone tried to steal our car I phoned Danny, he responded really quickly and answered all my questions, we arranged for him to come to our house and within a couple of hours and excellent workmanship he had replaced our lock , very professional would definitely recommend 🙂

I would like to thank Danny for the service I received today, he really cares about you as a customer and does his job well. I had an issue where I reached out to a nationwide company who couldn’t get a key to work in both; door and ignition, Danny managed to cut a key that worked in both! In the end no ignition needed to be changed! His prices are also much better than any of the nationwide companies, I also didn’t need to wait ages for him to come out and he was very punctual. Lesson learned, going forward it’s definitely better to support a local business as the overall service is more personal and dealt with extra care.

Called Danny to replace the key to my Range Rover as it has stopped working gain been dropped into a cup of coffee. Arrived approximately 30 minutes after calling him at 9.30pm. Fantastic service, friendly, professional and extremely helpful. Can’t recommend him enough.
