AMAZING TEAM I sold my property through Fox&Sons but due to the shear lack of not communicating to me and many more issues I was in a very difficult position. And needed help. Thus is where the Team at Robinson Reade stepped in . While I can only commend all the staff for the way they welcome you in to your premises. I just wanted to say some special thank yous to 3 special people. 1st Phillippa who showed me around the property and was very knowledgable about it answered all my questions and sorted my on ward offer out very smoothly. 2nd Sharyn who all ways greeted me with a smile and re assured me when I couldn’t talk to Donetta Then 3rd Donetta this wonderful lady was a tower of strength to me helpful beyond any words. And at the 11th hour when I was away on holiday and need help she swooped in took control and got everything sorted. I can not thank her enough and I don’t have the words. She is a true asset to your company . So professional but there with a kind word when needed .I live on my own and she was there with a cheerful voice when all the paper work en golfed me. Nothing was to much trouble I know in this day and age people are all to quick to complain , so I wanted to make sure you were aware of what your team are like as I am sure you are. Although it took almost 10 months to complete our move Robinson Reade we’re brilliant throughout. Donetta, Sharon and Jane kept us informed of progress (ups and downs) all the way through.
