I’ve just used Robinson-Elliott to undertake a homebuyers’ survey and Peter Robinson was extremely helpful and reassuring from the outset. He rang me in advance to discuss any specific concerns and then arranged to meet me on the day he surveyed my potential new home to share his initial thoughts. Finally, he provided easy to understand pdf and (beautifully-presented) hard copy versions of the survey within a week of doing the work. Buying a new home is seldom stress free with several simultaneous demands on your time and focus which can be hard to filter and deal with. Central to the process is having a clear, reliable survey that’s delivered on time to ensure decisions can be made with confidence. Robinson-Elliott delivered all of the above, enabling me to proceed calmly. I would recommend them very highly.

I chose because of good online reviews, however I later regretted it and paid the price! Although the survey was quick, it lacked enough detail, but despite two return trips the surveyor did nothing to rectify or apologise. It resulted in expensive work required that should have been avoided. My refund was little compensation and the only reason I have given two stars! Needless to say would not recommend.
