Excellent customer service from start to finish and great prices too. The personal touch you get from a lot of smaller companies really shines through with these guys! I couldn't have anyone at home when my delivery came, but they were happy for the driver to drop and run and fair play to him, he stacked my order really neat and out the way so my partner didn't drive into it when she came home from work! I just wish I'd found these guys before I'd built my workshop, I could've saved a fortune!

Ordered 4*4(2) 4*1(6) 4*2(2) 3*2(1) Delivery was 2-3 days, and driver was friendly. Had to swap for another size, but no problem. They don't appear to open weekends, but good enough hours during the week. I can recommend them on promptness, friendliness and price, so quite happy to use in the future.

With working back in the office 5 days a week, I was concerned with ordering heavy goods with only my wife to take delivery. Our delivery came today which was handled exceptionally well by the delivery driver who unloaded! Can't praise him and the company high enough - especially when their prices and quality of timber outshines the bigger boys 10fold! About to start our Bungalow Renovation so will certainly be ordering everything from here! If you need C16/C24 building timber, these are the go to guys. Cheers!!!
