Poor service, rude staff ! Booked the service on the phone for 11.00. I was told I could sit and wait for a couple of hours. When I arrived, I could not even drive into the area to drop and car ! Total chaos ! I was then told to go home and come back at 5 pm. I told them I was too far away and I had to leave for work, latest at 3pm. I offered to rebook and leave but a more senior person got involved and said it can be done before 3 pm. I waited there from 10.30 until 3 pm. The car was not even washed ! This never happened to me before when I serviced a car ! The staff was abrupt and rude with exception of Scott. I will be ending the lease ( earlier than 3 years) soon as I don’t want to be treated like this ever again ! Terrible service !

Came to this showroom today for mot and servis got into the carpark one of the first cars in and could not park in the 4 designated disabled parking bays as they had been left full up from the night before with vans and cars with no blue badges this is not the first review I have done but this time there is no excuse for there being no parking in the bays

Do not use this garage. I brought a car and the salesman Paul Drake showed me the service invoice for the service they had undertaken at 16,000 miles, he also told me that it had 2 other services. I was also reassured that it would be valeted, it was not. On getting the car home I realised that I had not received the service history, on contacting them, it took 10 emails, numerous phone calls and excuses - there was no service history! The car was returned. There main concern was that I give them a 5* google review!! This garage and the salesman in particular are your typical car salesman, you can't believe a word they say. Do not use.
