Amazing customer service. Both the dentists and the receptionists were very professional. The staff were very pleasant and friendly. I was nervous about going to the dentist but I was made to feel comfortable the moment I walked in. Thank you to Dr Rehman for making it an easy experience for me. The dentist was very experienced. Would definitely recommend this practice!!

Sorry to hear that Nigel has retired - been seeing him for 30+ years - but more annoyed to only find out 2 months afterwards. Poor customer service.

I had a issue with a chipped tooth for 3 months and went to a nearby NHS to fix it and had several issues with them. I decided to go to Robinhood for treatment instead and the dentist, Nigel, fixed the problems straight away. The staff were lovely and Nigel helped me feel at ease. Would highly recommend.

A very bad run practice. Mr. Notta wasn't wearing any PPE (no gloves, face mask or apron) when completing a procedure or even coming near to check the patient. The service is very bad and just a money making practice with no knowledge or experience. Would highly discourage a service provider like this.

I booked an appointment with Robinhood Dental Practice, as I had a crown come out. And I had a few sore teeth. I was advised to park in the Robinhood lane entrance and then they will inform what needs to be done upon arrival. So, I arrived at the practice and called them to let them know I was waiting in the car park as per instructions during the current situation. The receptionist advised wait in the car park and we will come and call you in. They called me in shortly. And advised to wash my hands in the wash basin. Where the tap you would need to open and close yourself. One of the colleagues at the practice came and gave me a form to be filled with my personal details and my general health. I filled in my details and gave information about my health. They then called me up and I waited in the room where Mr Notta would come and check me. Mr Notta came and wore on gloves but no face shield/mask or a paper apron. He asked me information about my condition and how he would help with the treatment. I advised Mr Notta that I had a crown fitted that has come off and if I could get that reapplied again. Mr Notta checked my teeth and asked where I originally got my crown done from. I advised it was done abroad (Pakistan), where he replied this is a very bad crown applied, I am shocked to see such a bad crown in my history of working as a dentist. I didn't think much of it and laughed it off. Mr Notta then went on to say I will reapply the crown on temporarily, but it shouldn't come off. He applied the crown and he advised that he would apply a filing on one other tooth, above the crown. I also had a few X-Ray's done on the teeth to see and was rescheduled an appointment the following week. I went in today and Mr Notta was waiting in the room for me, he again didn’t have no PPE on (neither a face mask or gloves). He went on to ask how my teeth were I advised the crown came off, to which the dentist got offended and asked how it came off. I explained that it was uncomfortable the day I left the surgery and it came off. So, I pressed it back on to my tooth, and it came off again a couple of days later. He checked my teeth again and advised that I have 2 teeth that would need either being taken out or a root canal done. When completing a form he was filling he advised he didn’t like being accused of bad service, he also went on to say he didn’t originally put the crown on and if he had completed a service like that in his “12 years” he would have left dentistry. Anyways Mr Notta explained how much he would charge for the tooth extraction or root canal. I explained to him that I wasn’t being rude he was very aggressive and replied its up to you if you want to get your teeth fixed from here or elsewhere. Which I didn’t like, he took my email and said I will provide you with the breakdown of the charge for the service. I don't feel the service was even 1* or how I was treated especially during the current situation of COVID-19 where professionals should be wearing PPE and Mr Notta wasn't.
