    Workmanship definitely needs improving. Minimal care taken when lifting carpets up the stairs which left marks on walls I had painted 1 week before the fitter arrived. No apology received from either the owner or the fitter on this. The fitting of the carpet was rushed and the edges are not tucked in properly. I was told this would settle but it's been 3 months and it hasn't. After care is poor as the owner didn't care about these concerns once he'd been paid. I have previously had carpets fitted from Tapi and Carpetright and the fitters from these places took much more care with their work.

    Lack of communication between the owner and fitter (Minor), other than that quick and efficient service. Were very flexible and was able to bring forward the fitting date at short notice which was very convenient.

    Shoddy workmanship, rushed and damaged new carpet. Tried to get it rectified with owner but claimed because it had been 2-3 weeks that I should’ve said it earlier. No excuse for poor fitting as time is irrelevant. Not willing to fix it once he’s got the money either. Sweet talk before and promises good fitting but better paying a little extra and having it done from elsewhere. In response to owners response denying knowledge, see invoice and pictures.
