We instructed Adam for a Home Buyers Survey and were pleased he was able to carry this out at short notice. Adam contacted us on the same day he had completed the survey and was able to give us an overall opinion and clearly explain the findings of the survey. The report followed shortly afterwards and this was very helpful in understanding the future maintenance schedule. We had concerns on one of the findings and Adam was able to provide additional photographs. Excellent, prompt and courteous service and would highly recommend.
