I have lost both my parents within 3 years and used these funeral directors on both occasions. I must say nothing is too much much trouble every member of staff is so helpful, pleasant and so very understanding. My latest loss was my dear mother during this covid outbreak and her sister was not allowed to the funeral so I asked if they could do a detour past her house so she could say goodbye and they agreed without hesitation, on the day the hearse paused outside and the bearer walked to the end of the road, so emotional for all. I owe everything to these people for helping my Aunt through a difficult time, they are amazing. Roberts and Brain I thank you with all my heart.

My dad had a funeral plan in place and Roberts and Brain honoured this completely. Their service was exemplary. They were so kind to me and my family, nothing was too much trouble. The service was beautiful, they took care of all the details and asked me all the way along how we wanted things done. Would I use them again. Yes, without question. They were beautifully turned out, My father was beautifully looked after. I would always suggest you get a funeral plan because then you know what the deceased wanted as they have already made the main decisions and so the whole process is simpler. I thought Roberts and Brain were kind and that is the biggest compliment I can give them.

Extremely expensive for what you get. Only interested in your money. Charge for services that they could not deliver. Shop around as everyone I have spoken to cannot believe how much these people charge!
