I called, in the vain hope (5 days before Xmas) that I could get some advice/help with the door to my log burner which needed glass replacing. I have no central heating so it’s quite vital. I should not have worried, absolutely brilliant service, told me to come the day after I called and the glass was fully replaced within the hour, despite the very ‘used’ condition of the door/glass surround. Extremely experienced, skilled professional who was lovely to talk to while I watched him work. Thank you so so much. I cannot be more grateful.

My wife and I called to Robert Whitaker heating on Saturday 10 September we were looking for recommendations for installing a multi fuel burner David was very very helpful in helping us to choose one and also recommend an installer from kendal who will be calling with us on 14 to advise on fitting. As my wife said to David I don't want the fire to look like a pimple on a mountain side meaning the size of fire which David felt quite amused by the comment. Thank you David
