Nothing was too much trouble during the process. All questions were answered fully and with detail. Very friendly staff who gave us loads of time to try out the pianos and were also happy to demonstrate them so we could stand back to listen and compare. Incredibly useful to be able to try so many. Good range of new and second hand pianos from about £1500 with interest free credit over 10 months (1/3 deposit) and rental available. We also use them to tune and service our current piano. A hidden Lewisham gem!

Our piano was initially rented and then purchased several years ago, but I remember the service being exceptionally courteous and patient - with no hard sell. The after sales service is good, too. They remind you to get it tuned (which is useful if you have a busy life and forget...) and there's no pressure if you say no. We've now had it tuned several times by Tim, who has an exceptional ear. He came here last week and spent considerable time sorting out the sticky and out-of-tune key problem keys that had developed and deteriorated since lockdown. It now plays perfectly, according to my daughter. Thank you Morleys!
