I could not fault the service she provided us, in terms of her commitment, her tenacity, her professionalism and her humour! She kept me sane throughout what was a particularly stressful process (it took over 7 months from offer to completion - due to total incompetence on the part of the solicitors!) by regular updates and continuously chasing progress.
