Awful experience with this firm. They asked for money upfront for services. Then my personal accounts were full of mistakes. They did not convert Euros to Pounds resulting in a mistake of a lot of money. I had a tax bill of 3 times of what I expected. Then checked professional bodies and only one of the directors belongs to a professional organisation. I complained and nothing happened. I changed accountants and best thing I ever did.
