Unfortunately Robert kennet is not the professional he would lead you to believe. I found him very difficult to communicate with and unfortunately the work that was carried out was of an appalling standard. When I approached Robert about the issues he was very defensive and unfortunately I have now had to get another contractor to finnish off the mess they left. I paid upfront for the work to be completed and Robert has refused to finnish the project and rectify the little work thst has been done incorrectly. It's been 3 months now and no money has been refunded, Robert won't respond to me via phone or email. I feel I should warn others as we paid alot of money for his vision that turned out to be a sham. Steer clear, You'll be very dissapointed Update: Robert is still unresponsive after 6 months and has replied to my honest reviews calling me a fraud! Just another example of his deceit.

Our garden was in serious need of a total redesign. We had quotes and ideas from three different designers including Robert. We decided on Robert as he provided a design which most closely followed our brief and then added some surprising extras. The landscaping required everything in the current garden to be removed before starting again. It was a comple job including water features, lighting, planting, paving, pagodas, fencing and gates. We are absolutely delighted with the final result. However what really impressed us is that Robert hasn’t walked away from the job. We’ve had a couple of unexpected minor issues and Robert has been prompt in resolving these. We wouldn’t hesitate in recommending Robert Kennett Garden Design.

We needed someone who would not just design a garden for us but also do all the work; Robert and his team did a fantastic job. The design he produced matched the brief perfectly while the planting scheme was so much better than how I would have done it - piecemeal, and trial and error (probably lots of errors). We spend quite a lot of time just staring out at the garden where Robert has provided us with long flowering perennials, beautifully textured grasses and plants that I now love but had never heard of before. It was so much less stressful than having a succession of contractors in to do each of the landscaping jobs separately and Robert kept us up to date on costs so there were no nasty surprises. I have no hesitation in recommending Robert to future clients.

We contacted Robert because we were at a loss to know what to do with our front garden of tarmac and grass. We were going to have a go ourselves with the help of a landscaper but now we are very glad that we decided to ask Robert to do a professional job. His inspired design met our brief perfectly, incorporating the practical aspects that we needed and respecting the farmhouse setting in a way that, even as keen gardeners, we could not have done. The garden is beautifully laid out and makes such imaginative use of the space that we find ourselves just gazing at it in amazement! Although only just planted it looks fabulous already. Robert and his team did a great job from start to finish. The planning process was quick and the landscaping well managed with excellent attention to the budget. We were kept informed on a day to day basis and we are very pleased with the quality of the work done. All in all we are very happy to heartily recommend Robert – he has built us a garden that will bring us pleasure every single day and is worth every penny.
