This guy is a top guitar teacher and guitarist he can teach you whatever style you like from rock to blues to classical he can do the job lot he is a really nice easy to get on with . So if you want to play like Hank marvin Eric clapton or mark knophler give rob a call you won’t be disappointed 👍

Writing a review is not something I normally do unless I feel something is really really good or really really bad but hearing about Rob’s one rather strange review I feel compelled to set the record straight. Sorry Rob I am a little late in doing this but I see others have already added more favourable and insightful reviews. Learning to play the guitar was something I have always wanted to do and mistakenly thought I could do it when I had more time. Well I am retired now and I have the time but have found I have no real aptitude for playing the guitar and should have started forty years ago. My progress I know is slow but this is down to me not Rob who is very patient with me. It is clear even to me that I am slowly improving and this is totally down to Rob. Can also agree with the comments that others have made that his lessons are always interesting and that his love of the guitar and music in general comes shining through. If you are reading this review because you are thinking of learning to play the guitar my advice based on my experience is don’t put it off start NOW and give Rob a call.

Posted on behalf of Simon Plows: I have known Rob for approx 25 years and I can honestly say he is an excellent teacher. I challenge anyone to be better! Not only is he extremely patient but he can also show you where you are going wrong with either technique or timing. The thing that has impressed me most is his ability to work out guitar parts, note for note and also the equipment used to get a particular sound. For example, Neil Youngs song Hey Hey My My. I can't recommend him highly enough.
