The worst property management Company I have ever had to deal with; I have been waiting for over two years for external and internal shared areas to be repaired, they do not respond to emails, they have no interest at all, they don't care its your home - DO NOT GO ANYWHERE NEAR THIS COMPANY, AVOID, AVOID, AVOID - 8th March 2023 - Well here I am a year on and still waiting, there is always a problem and sadly, never a constructive solution; as a Management Company they just don't care, my advice is DON'T GO ANYWHERE NEAR THEM! 26th May 2023 - RIB did post a reply, sadly the usual excuses, they blame someone; its always something/body else; a business should come back with " yes, we do have a problem, we need to look at lessons leant from previous complaints" but NO - not there fault and funny enough, its not their problem!! - RIB do not engage, they do not respond to emails!!! DO NOT GO ANYWHERE NEAR THEM, how a business can be run like this amazes me; I think too much time is spent at the local Porsche garage choosing their next car; the Property Management Company, has failed me for years and years - AVOID, AVOID, AVOID.

I would not recommend Rober Irving Burns to trust for any business. I booked a viewing with them, travelled from Birmingham to London to see the property for next day. Maria called me half an hour before viewing that she can't find the keys. She can find on next day, clearly she was not willing to travel to central London to show the property. She started making excuses for 10 minutes then told me to call later with more information which of course she didn't. I reported to their team which didn't bother to reply to my message or apologies. Totally UNPROFESSIONAL service.

We recently rented a flat through RIB and the entire process was incredibly smooth and easy. Having found a flat we were very set on, our estate agent Rebecca managed to get us a video viewing within an hour of our request for further information, and had the offer form sent to us the same day. Throughout the whole process she was available to answer any questions we had, and always had time for us – going above and beyond! Would highly recommend RIB to anyone looking to rent in London.
