Went recently to get an appointment for my father, they didn't have any appointments but the receptionist Wendy went above and beyond, ringing the manager to try everything to get my father an appointment for the next day. Managed to get an appointment in the end, pleased with the overall service but in particular with the customer service provided by Wendy the receptionist.

Went in a couple of weeks ago as I had issues with my glasses as they were really bent. Was greeted by a staff member called Iram who I must say provided me with an exceptional standard of customer service and literally straightened out my glasses like they were new again.
