Please could I ask that this review is passed on to Keith and Bridie Gill. I visited your store in Windsor on Saturday the 29Th and was greeted by Kevin Fuller, I didn’t have an appointment and it was very close to closing time. I wanted to talk about acquiring a Rolex for my sons 21st Birthday which had just passed. As a huge Rolex fan, I have experienced many Rolex stores. Usually if you make an unappointed visit to a store as a new customer the experience can be shocking bad. I am a Franchise Director for a local business, it’s our stated policy to treat every visitor to ###### as a welcomed guest in our home... Every day. Every time. Without fail. No exceptions. This is something we live and breathe by and something I rarely experience outside of my businesses. I can confirm that Kevin delivers this exceptionally! He was welcoming, kind, friendly and included my whole family in the sales process. His knowledge and enthusiasm is also outstanding. So, a huge thank you for an outstanding experience, you have a customer for life!

"I visited the store this week and was disturbed by the discriminatory behaviour of the Rolex manager. Despite being an existing customer, and wearing a Rolex at the time, the manager was dismissive, arrogant and created a hostile environment. They even went as far as to embarrass me in front of other customers and staff members by loudly and abruptly refusing to serve us even though we had been told that someone would be with us in 5 minutes. I can only imagine this was based on my ethnic appearance as there is no other reason for such actions. I expressed my shock to another member of staff who did serve us and he tried his best to apologise. This kind of behaviour is unacceptable, especially from a company known for its luxury and exceptional customer service. As a loyal customer, I urge Rolex and Robert Gatward to take this incident seriously and ensure that all staff members uphold their values of respect and inclusivity."

We’d been out for a walk with our dog and were in need of a coffee. I remembered I needed some help with a Breitling Emergency; tapped on the front door that is security controlled and a middle aged guy that had clearly seen me prior to my tap reluctantly discontinued his chat with a fellow staff member and opened the door and ushered me in. Immediately I felt like I had been annoying in disrupting his conversation and his body language and manner told me that he wanted rid of me at his earliest opportunity. The chap dismissed my enquiry and sent me on my way. I was wearing a baseball cap, jeans, fleece and hiking shoes. I work in the city and there are myriad Rolex, Breitling dealers and I’ve never once experienced the breathtakingly rude and provincial attitude that I dealt with at Robert Gatward. They say that if you visit a good restaurant you extol the virtues of the place to 3 people, you visit a bad restaurant and tell 10 people. Nasty experience and I will avoid like the plague in future.

Visited Robert Gatward Windsor last weekend and it was a delightful experience. Initially I went to register for a watch. I was introduced to Kevin and was amazed with his knowledge, professionalism, manners and friendliness. I must say that whole store team was very kind and helpful. I was so impressed that I went back on Wednesday to buy a diamond necklace. As always, found their staff extremely supportive with vast knowledge of jewellery and diamonds. Store team made the visit enjoyable and I would love to visit them again. Highly recommend Windsor Store 5⭐️s all the way. Thanks Mudasar
