I would say take exact change with you and always pay upstairs. There card machines were crashing when i went (contactless wasn't working at all) and the change i got was quite dirty

I was there to have a key cut yesterday, and I bought a pack of key rings, soon as the key cut, i’ve put the key onto the ring, but when I got back to my shop, none of those key works! I went back to the shop to refund the key and key rings, The shop manager told me I can refund the key, but not to Keyring just because it is opened. Is this right?
