3 stars for the poor deflated hard working, friendly as they can be staff working in this shop. Some of the products available are at good prices. The quality of some of the products is dubious though. My best guess is the management of this shop needs to appreciate, listen to and value the employees working here. Maybe listen to their views and treat them like adults.

I pop in to send a DHL Express parcel, which should only take 2 days to arrive. The staff was very helpful - she is super loud, at her own paste, frequently took deep breath (which made me very panic it seems like I found her a mega work to send a DHL) but tried her best to help. However, I suggest to drop off here in the future instead of asking them to send one. They are not experienced. I sent my original passport for exporting my remotely-adopted dog home. HIs flight is 2 weeks later. She wrote "passport" on the coverage which will take one more week to go through Customs and my dog might miss this solo pet seat before Christmas. DHL helpline told me if they wrote "document", it should be a 2-day delivery.
