Usually good service but recently I had a negative experience. Robert Dyas have an electrical recycling scheme if you buy a new item, so I took my old item to store, and the assistant didn't know much about about it and took a long time to complete the details - not a problem, but she twice had to ask the manager for help and he was not very pleasant about it at all, clearly didn't want to be involved with it, and although he spoke to the assistant and not directly to me he came across as very rude and very unfriendly in the words he used, his tone of voice and body language. A very bad representative for the company and can't be very nice to have to work for him.
