I put in a substantial order to be delivered. I paid extra for my chosen delivery date. Then I receive emails stating that the items wouldn't be delivered together but instead on a variety of different days, and with no tracking available!! I emailed to complain. 3 days later, no repoanse. I stated that I would not be at home all week to accept the deliveries, hence paying extra for a designated date, and that if the date wasn't stuck to I would be requiring a refund. I have emailed twice more, stating that I want a response and that I'll be contacting Trading Standards should I not receive one. I haven't even received the goods yet but am already a completely unsatisfied customer. I wish I'd checked the reviews on here and Trustpilot prior to ordering. I would have steered well clear.

Absolutely shocking. Ordered a coffee machine which arrived dirty and damaged. Emailed within an hour about requesting a return and refund took a week to reply despite stating it would be up to 72hrs still not resolved a month later item is here and they’re responding with the same thing every week. I want my money back and I want this machine gone I will never use this company again.

Absolutely terrible service first item orderd and will be my last stay well clear orderd a hori split pad Pro for a switch black one as a present they then sent me a pink brown and green one without any warning then when I wanted the one I orderd they told me they would send the right one and pick up the wrong one then it was out of stock so I wanted to return the obvious wrong item easy right? Wrong taken days to reply via email and then tell me they can only collect if I'm home to hand the parcel over so I have to take a day off of work to return an item I didn't order in the first place I don't think so so I suggest a secure porch but that's not good enough atleast not without putting up a sign up advertising items left in my porch waiting for collection at my own risk so if the courier was to lose it would then be my problem apparently they can't put a note saying collect from porch when they book a collection like I can on any courier website Customer service was polite but less then helpful just agreed with me but didn't actually help now Im waiting to see if I'm allowed to have the item I didn't order or want collected from my work so I can have my money back terrible business will never ever purchase from again

Absolute joke of a company. How are they still trading. Ordered a shed, they said 3 weeks for delivery, then said 3 months. Waited and then the day before it was due to arrive they email saying it won't be delivered as the shed didn't meet quality checks. Then they say I've got to wait another 6 weeks. I should have canciled it soon as im now without a shed when i need one and this company could not care less.
