I visit this store as often as I can but it's a 50 minute bus ride away. It was quiet, there was a staff member at the tills, seemed like she was on her mobile phone and I felt bad approaching, felt like I was interrupting her. Disappointed that there were no more garden games/toys as featured in their latest magazine. I will probably visit again but perhaps the store needs to pay more attention to their customer services and care. Otherwise it'll be like another Argos or Amazon...
