FAQ
What is your experience and training in craniosacral therapy?
We have extensive training and experience in craniosacral therapy. Our therapists have undergone specialized training in this field, and have also gained experience through working with clients with a wide range of conditions and symptoms. How does craniosacral therapy differ from other types of manual therapy?
Craniosacral therapy is a gentle, non-invasive form of manual therapy that focuses on the central nervous system and the flow of cerebrospinal fluid. Unlike other types of manual therapy, it does not involve forceful manipulation of the joints or soft tissues. Instead, it involves gentle touch and subtle movements to release tension and promote healing. Can craniosacral therapy be helpful for my specific condition or symptoms?
Craniosacral therapy has been shown to be beneficial for a wide range of conditions and symptoms, including headaches, migraines, chronic pain, stress, anxiety, depression, and more. However, every client is unique, and the effectiveness of craniosacral therapy will depend on a variety of factors. We recommend scheduling a consultation to discuss your specific needs and determine if craniosacral therapy may be helpful for you.How many sessions will I need and what can I expect during a typical session?
The number of sessions you will need will depend on your specific needs and goals. Some clients may see improvement after just one session, while others may require several sessions to achieve their desired results. During a typical session, you can expect to lie down fully clothed on a massage table, while the therapist uses gentle touch and subtle movements to release tension and promote healing. What is your approach to integrating craniosacral therapy with other treatments or therapies I may be receiving?
We believe in a holistic approach to healing, and are happy to work with other healthcare providers to ensure that our clients receive the best possible care. We may recommend other treatments or therapies that may complement craniosacral therapy, and will work with you to create a personalized treatment plan that meets your specific needs and goals.Reviews

Craniosacral therapy with Rob was wonderful. After treatment, my pain and tension had significantly reduced (where painkillers had proven ineffective). Rob put me at ease and I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for treatment.

I have received both shiatsu and craniosacral treatments from Rob. Both were extraordinary experiences, particularly the cranial work. Rob is extremely professional and I felt as though I was in very safe hands. I'd had some stiffness in my neck (for no apparent reason) and the shiatsu helped me with that. Similarly, the cranial work helped to relieve stress and tension that had built up from daily rigors of a busy lifestyle. This was a deeply relaxing treatment. I've honestly never felt anything like it before! I've had a few treatments now. Rob seems to understand me perfectly and holds the space impeccably. I'd definitely recommend this to anyone.
