    I've been training at Roar City for the past 8 weeks with Viktoras, and have had incredible results. Vik is an incredible trainer and really goes above and beyond to get the best results possible. Not only have I progressively lifted heavier every single session with him, but he noticed that I have a spinal condition that I didn't even realise I had, which affects my posture when lifting. Vik adjusted my training plan accordingly and has been helping me to correct my form so that I can lift correctly and safely :) Matt has been my nutritionist and is also incredible at what he does, really helpful advice and made some adjustments to my plan to make the food easier for me to stick to as a pescatarian! I've enjoyed my sessions so much, i've extended for another 8 weeks. If you are thinking of signing up, it's the best investment you will make! Thanks to all at Roar and looking forward to seeing where I am in another 8 weeks :)

    I’ve been training with James for almost 6 months and I cannot recommend Roar Kensington highly enough. James has been amazing in supporting me through a hip injury earlier this year and at the same time has managed to push me beyond what I thought I could achieve in in strength training in just a few months. He is positive, encouraging and supportive and very knowledgable about both fitness and nutrition. I always enjoy our training sessions and leave on a high. The gym is always extremely clean, and never too packed and all the team are super professional and friendly. Having trained in numerous other high end clubs in London I can’t ever see why I would want to move on from Roar!

I cannot recommend it highly enough – thoroughly professional environment but with a personalised touch that is adapted to suit your goals. My PT Jake has been brilliant – and finds a great balance of incorporating fun with tough & focussed workouts, pushing me weekly to new PBs and higher goals. As someone who has traditionally found weight training a little bit daunting and focussed more on cardio, Jake has taken time to teach me form and technique and built up my confidence and strength over the weeks.     I cannot recommend ROAR highly enough. I did a 12 week transformation programme with them last year and have started on a follow up this year for another 12 weeks to continue the journey. Can't give more of an indication of how happy I was with the result than signing up to put myself through it all over again! I started with a very low bar in terms of fitness and nutrition - proof that you really don't need to be experienced in the gym or with weights to get started. For me I knew the right trainer was going to be so important, as I was going to be very self-conscious and nervous in a gym environment. I wouldn't swap Ben for the world - he has been so invested in my progress, pays such close attention to how I'm doing with the nutrition and other aspects of the plan outside of the gym, and always finds ways to tweak and shift the exercises if I have residual aches leftover from previous sessions, or my flexibility causes issues with certain postures. He and all the trainers there are clearly experts in physiology. I lost above and beyond my goal for weight loss in the first 12 weeks (14-15 kilos) so I was so happy. The nutrition plan is so important to follow - so much of the results come down to proper nutrition I now understand. You're never going to be hungry, it's not a starvation diet! And the nutrition coaches will work closely with you on tweaks if you have sensitivities or preferences (Tom has been a godsend). They're always available if you have questions outside of the appointments when it comes to what you can eat. No question is too stupid and I have tested that out extensively.

When I started Roar, I lost my passion for weight training.     I have just hit the 4 week milestone, with another 8 weeks to go of my programme. In the first 4 weeks I have seen a drastic change to my health, strength, posture, and confidence, beyond what I expected at the outset. I cannot recommend Roar and particularly my trainer Ben Keith-Young highly enough. Over the past several years, I have struggled with injuries including to my spine. As a result, I have neglected exercise and unfortunately fallen into lazy eating habits as well. I was nervous about starting up with exercise again, which brought me to Roar fitness, being trained by experts in a controlled manner, perfect for the injury prone. Within the first few days of training with Ben and following the nutrition plan set out by Luke Grahame, I noticed that my spine and other injuries were no longer aching and the inflammation in my body started to subside, and quickly. With Ben's expert support, I have pushed myself as far as I can go in each session. When I think I can't do anymore, he somehow gets me to do another set. Ben keeps a very sharp eye on movement, keeping each rep controlled preventing stupid injuries. I am exhausted after each session and feel fantastic. A big shout out to my nutritionist Luke, who's helped to clarify my nutritional needs, and has been there to answer all of my questions. I have gone down the rabbit hole of nutrition, figuring out what works for me and have felt the incredible results within days of starting. Following a food plan was not the easiest to begin with, but once I got the hang of it, it's become sustainable and surprisingly fun with all the research. You only get one body in this life, look after it... Or better yet, get Roar to do that for you.

    Always inspired by the transformations of Roar I embarked on my own ROAR journey! After two children I wanted to commit to myself and give my body and nutrition a reboot! I am on week 9 of 12 with my online training & I can’t thank my PT Luke enough. Keeping me accountable, encouraging me, supporting me with my challenging vegetarian dietary requests! I have learnt so much about health, food and fitness but most importantly how to properly weight train! My strength continues to build each session, I love how it makes me feel!
