Excellent service. Was told which day they would deliver, and received a text half an hour before. Driver was very helpful, polite and friendly. He put my furniture in the garage for me and even moved some tiles to make room as they were too heavy for me to move on my own.

terrible company 3 delivery dates. 1st date they turned up with no phone call so I wasn't here. rearranged a date, waited in all day didn't turn up. Emailed them after no contact from them and rearranged yet another date and waited in all day again still no delivery. phoned office, clueless customer service, said could see failed delivery but no reason from driver listed. now waiting for a call back from them to explain why no turn up and no contact & also to rearrange delivery but I do not want to be waiting 8 til 8 ! wouldn't let me post this unless I rated the stars so have put one star but mean minus

The worst company ever. Date of delivery 20/07, i take day off to waiting for a delivery and nobody was comming, and nobody knows about the parcel. Now i have to wait 7 days until i will have an answer from Them and who knows how long for next delivery;) i give 1 star because I cannot give 0;)

Got garden furniture redelivered two weeks after having an empty van turn up on my drive. Driver tells me Roadeeze are good for their word but after unpacking everything and making it up I sat down and one of the steel supports broke away rendering the sofa unusable. Been trying to get hold of the company for 6 days now and no-one is replying to my emails and the phone rings off.

Can't fault the service, had an email saying my furniture would be delivered on Wednesday between 8am and 8pm. At 6.35pm got a phone call, they would be there in 30mins. 2 men then unloaded all the boxes, put them where I asked, went through the paperwork and left. No issues at all. Furniture was perfect. Some of the reviews got me worried but i had no issues.
