Well, rest assured I will keep re-posting my review, because it's helpful for other people not to get ripped off the same way you ripped me off!!! These guys are a really decent Lexmoto dealership outfit everyone working here was awesome and supper helpful and friendly in looking at my Lexmoto aura after some intermittent issues fixing the ignition starter coil and belt drive after it shredded. I can not thank these guys enough for their help and would encourage anyone who is thinking about getting into the world of motorcycle sports or would like some work done on their bikes to get in touch with them. Road performance motorcycles prices are very reasonable with a great turn around time. They also have some awesome machines in the show room. Now I am back on the road again after a 6,000 mile service and the works done.

They fixed my motorbike but then ovecharged and lied about checking it through. Had they really checked it they would have noticed oil leak on forks and flat tire (wasn't flat when I took it there). Edit: as I can't respond to below comment by the owner I'm editing my review: you send the same generic response to negative comments. I have been your customer and can prove - you gave me an invoice. My Google map history also shows both my visits there. My review isn't fake, it's your response that is fake and not true.

Went in for a fairly basic task. They gave me a rough quote and promised to contact me if anything comes up which would incur extra charges. No such call ever came, and a few days later I pick up the bike, with a bill twice the quote. When I look at what the extra charges were for it was all work I didn't agree to or want done - absolutely unnecessary. The guy standing there making excuses and all smug as if he did me a favour. To the big guy working there, I see you reply to some reviews that you don't like the sound of. As we cannot respond back to your comments, and what I am saying is my 100% honest experience, any attempt to take my review down will result in me putting it up again. People need to know what they're in for before going to you. I've met two people this year, randomly on the road, who had broken down on the eastern bypass. I lend a hand and we get talking. Both were on their way back home after collecting their bike from RPM.
