Ray Grassick did repairs to my leather armchairs some 8yrs ago, I was so impressed, and I kept his details! Today, Ray came to replace/repair springs to an armchair, and repairs to 2 seater settee. He is a total expert in what he does, he has all the tools necessary, and expertise in abundance in all aspects…nothing is to much trouble..very very impressive indeed!

Ray was really friendly and helpful. The service was efficient and straight-forward. My cat had completely ruined the arms of my sofa as it had used them as a scratching post and I was surprised anything could be done. Really impressed as Ray's work has made it as it look like the original sofa I bought. Very reasonable price too. Would highly recommend.

We would highly recommend Ray for any repair on your upholstery. We bought a clearance sofa from Laura Ashley and we noticed a small hole at the base of the sofa, we had no idea what to do to solve the issue but Ray came out and with his skill and professionalism sorted the problem, you would never know there had been a hole there! Ray also made a seat cover for the sofa and again as good as new! We are so pleased with the results, the sofa is perfect. Ray is very helpful, professional and will always respond to your queries. My husband and I would definitely contact Ray if we needed his skill and expertise again!
