Was booked through my builder & were due to pick up full skip on the Saturday. They promised to call when on way. Skip wasn’t collected & we were told the guy turned up at 6AM! In the morning & he couldn’t take due to our car being parked infront of it. We said this was intentional to stop anyone else blocking it & we were going to move it once he arrived but he didn’t call or knock. They said he didn’t do this due to not wanting to wake us up even though the whole street would have been woken by the noise at this ridiculous time! They were due back on the Wednesday & again never turned up. When I called I was told by a very rude lady it wasn’t booked & my builder who arranged it was a “liar” when I told her he wasn’t a liar & was actually a very decent man she scoffed & replied “oh really you think so?” I said I didn’t think this was the correct way to speak about paying customers I was told that I was being rude & argumentative & the lady hung up! unfortunately this doesn’t sound like a one off with this company reading back though the past reviews & no doubt they will say they have no record of me booking this as was through the builder but I paid them so am entitled to leave the review. They are unreliable & speak to paying customers like dirt AVOID!!!!!!!! Service: Construction debris removal
