We can't fault the equipment but the staff are rude and unhelpful. We ordered a rain cover and canopy for our sons chair on the understanding it would arrive in a week max as we were told by members of staff, once ordered they said oh maybe at the end of the month very unsympathetically, most of the staff we spoke to have no idea what they are selling or how to search a order number. How the NHS have contracts with them is anyone's guess, it's not like they are cheap, though even cheap companies deliver faster.

Karl b kindly came to my house and bought a model we was interested In with him, we placed an order after a quote was given. The support from Karl through out was second to none, communication was great and I genuinely felt he cared. Delivery wasn’t straight forward but it wasn’t due to RMS, it was down to the courier. I was In contact with Peter when the goods came into stock, he used his own time to ensure the service that was provided was to a high standard. Peter’s communication through out was amazing. He kept me informed was back and forth with courier and understood the importance of us getting the chair. Once delivered Peter rang and emailed to make sure all was well and that I was happy. Customer service of this standard is few and far between and I can’t tell you how grateful I am! Thank you so much to Peter and Karl. Very grateful! One happy customer!
