I ordered a Disney castle and was reassured that the cover was sufficient to protect against the rain! Unfortunately it rained for most of the day, the bouncy castle was soaked and most strangely bubbles kept appearing between the gaps. The explanation given by them was something to do with air pressure???? I wasn’t even offered a ‘ good will’ gesture bearing in mind the children didn’t even get to use it!!!!

I booked with this company as my other company let me down last minute and RK bouncy castle gave me a bouncy castle last minute, thank god! Slightly expensive for a small castle. Didn't have a rain cover as it rained on the day of my son's birthday. Also I wasn't too happy about the pick up timing, it was too soon at 6pm. Overall the kids had fun though but could of done with more time.
