Looking at finance on a car they have for sale, they tried to call me but I could not answer because my phone is broken. I sent 5 emails, 4 text messages, 3 WhatsApp messages and also messaged them on messenger all to which they do not read or reply to but still continue to call me for a week. Complete incompetence

AVOID I have bought many cars and this has to be the most unprofessional and actually concerning dealership I have purchased from. Bought a BMW 520d XDRIVE Touring. Car in good condition and happy with part ex value. HOWEVER: Very unprofessional after-sales despite myself trying to communicate with them as clearly and amicably as possible. When a problem arose the standard of reply is shocking. Absolutely no interest in taking responsibility or helping. Manager Scott does not get back to you. Owner Henry tells you something verbally but won’t confirm in writing. If you call to speak with either of them they are always busy or not available. I am still awaiting contact back. I will update this review accordingly. Please look at other options before buying from here.

Avoid this dealership.Once they sell it that's it not their problem. Always get passed around to different people and don't get anywhere! they will keep ringing and bugging and will pressure you into buying don't be fooled like I was! Look elsewhere in my opinion.

BEWARE! Read this (and other reviews) BEFORE BUYING FROM RIX Motors. Part exchange con artists or sheer incompetence? Be warned, in my experience they will give you a great part exchange price on your car (over the phone). However, when collecting my new car, they said the only way I can proceed is to pay an additional £1000 deposit and £2000 added to the finance. This was due to my vehicles condition. However, no pictures/videos or inspections were requested/required BEFORE I made the 8 hour round trip to RIX Motors! In Scotts absence (who arranged the deal over the phone) and has been in the motor indutry for 20+ years; Becky the lovely finance lady was left to deal with a very amateur mess/professional con. The manager "Henry" didn't want to show his face when I asked to speak to him (I wonder why). I was given £50 of fuel for the complete waste of my time and additional stress caused and negative impact on my credit file! The whole experience is nothing short of unacceptable considering the old manager/founder Reginald built up a reputation for putting the customer first. Henry, his son (and current manager) really needs to take a leaf out of his father's book. My advice is to stay well clear from this once reputable company. But don't just take my word for it, read others 'part exchange' reviews, and decide for yourself. Good luck!

Avoid This Company, Their cars are all overpriced and prepared to a very poor standard mechanically with the warranty not worth the paper it’s written on, cutting corners where they can, once you drive away your on your own as they don’t want to know, Henry is rude and arrogant only interested in the sale no customer experience skills or interest at all, will get one of his employees to do his dirty work !!! I have spoken to Chris which is why I know you are not interested once the customer has driven away, he only does what he is told which is to save the company money, your post is standard PR damage limitation without any empathy 😔

I bought a 4x4 with a supposed brilliant 12 month warranty (paid extra for it) and even though I reported a fault with an electric window 2 days after buying it just before Christmas. 6 calls later (possibly more) and no one has called me back to attempt to get it booked in. Why sell a product if you don't stand on and help your customer.
