The Riviera team have been wonderful throughout the purchasing, installation and follow up for our lovely hot tub. We had a few issues with water quality which Robin and the team addressed with great care and consideration - everyone who came out to service the tub was friendly and helpful. The hot tub is outstanding and has been an amazing addition to our home which we've had such good use this year, a godsend during lockdown. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

They offer a fantastic accommodating service with premium materials and exceptional craftsmanship that oozes style. My design has been executed to perfection, the immaculate joinery and superior finish is second to none. I can’t emphasise enough how precise and well made the hot tub, shelving, steps and trellis are, we literally can’t stop admiring the attention to detail that has gone into every aspect. Update: Needed a new insulation blanket as had foolishly bought one from a different supplier. It didn’t last. So back to Riviera, should have come to them first. Quality product and Great service as always. First post from two years ago: Always excellent service from Riviera! Had a carpenter out earlier in the year to put a lovely ‘capping ‘on the edges which after many years hard use were beginning to deteriorate (should have done it in first place we now realise). More recently had engineer out who did a great job servicing and replacing worn oout touch pad. Happy to recommend the hot tub and service from Riviera.
