Good vets, but a few cons: I was charged £40 for a vet to tell me that my hamster has genitals and play around with him for 5 minutes. She was lovely but it shouldn't have been that much. I had my cockatiel get his nails cut, but when he came back out his nails had not changed at all, that came to £25-30. Again, good vets, lovely staff, but I shouldn't have been charged that much, especially as a part time worker and student.

Lovely friendly receptionists, the practice is very clean and tidy. I’ve always found the vets to be very professional and knowledgeable and have listened to my concerns and explained things clearly. Simon Paterson is just brilliant with my dog.
