    Terrible experience with Gordons while trying to purchase a house in summer 2022. They do not answer questions when asked, just repeat a statement which most often isn't related to what you have asked. They are also incredibly rude and confrontational on the phone when I phoned asking for help understanding a tricky situation with regard to boundaries. Please avoid - they massively increased the stress in an already tricky purchase which ended up falling through. This was not because of Gordons, however the situation would have been clearer 2 months prior if they had been clear and had a small amount of customer focussed delivery.

It was a long 8 month slog but my Conveyancer Saeed kept me upbeat and relaxed throughout the rollercoaster transaction. He was prompt in picking up and returning my phone calls, and replying to all my many emails. He was great at keeping me updated throughout, especially towards the end when it was touch and go.
