On 29/04/2023 I went to this veterinary office with this kitten which is not our at 09:00 (first customer). She comes to us almost daily to eat, but she has had severe toothache for almost 4-5 months. I found out from the doctor that this cat has a chip and belongs to a family in Tilbury.I came to this veterinary clinic with the willingness to pay any amount to help this little guy but I was very disappointed because he couldn't because he has a family that no longer cares about him... The lady doctor would have spoken to the owners of the cat and they said to take him back home and leave him outside that he will return home....I mention that this cat was very well cared for last year but now when he eats he has a toothache and can't eat...I don't understand how it is possible if you want to pay, to help, to do good, for a cat not to be treated....These are the laws in this country....
