This is one of the worst doctors surgery's I have ever been involved with. I could write a book on the issues this doctors has caused. The simple version is... My wife has medication she needs for a condition that doesn't change. But the doctors seem to think at least once a year that she doesn't need it anymore and has to prove the condition to them. We are changing as doctors as soon as possible as we have just had enough of the issues they cause. Oh and they frequently mess up the prescriptions for my wife so we have ring to get them sorted.

Absolutely awful doctors. Receptionist is so rude and the doctors don’t care at all about patients. Always have problems getting my repeat prescription which sends me into withdrawal and a depressive state. This is the fourth time it’s happened as the doctor doesn’t seem to bother to sign off medication. No duty of care at all, ruining my quality of life due to laziness.

Had a perfect doctors surgery at bulbanks medical centre battle road for 40 odd years, now joined up with riverside surgery, haven't got a clue who our gp is, make it awkward to get an appointment, never get prescriptions right and they never answer the phone.
