    Was looking for a new runabout for wife and saw an immaculate and very well-priced new model Seat Leon 150 FR so arranged 3 hour drive down to meet Jonathan and the car. Car was ready, clean and immaculate, discussed deal and came back 3 weeks later on train to pick up and Jon met me at station and drove me to centre. Had a great experience and not one issue in buying the car and dealing with Jon was a pleasure. Well recommended Would recommend Jon and Riverside Seat.

    Car has been in twice for the same problem, twice been told it's fixed and it hasn't. Service is supposed to include a full clean/vacuum and they didn't do it even though all the paperwork said it was done. Car was supposed to be ready same day and it wasn't - I called to chase up and was told it would be the next day now and then even the next day I had to call to check if it was ready yet as they didn't bother to call me. So had my car over 24 hours, didn't clean it and didn't fix the issue it was in for.

    Edited, read full review. Nice relaxing car buying experience. Jonathan Anderson is a credit to their sales team along with their service team who were very helpful and informative. They are working out of 2 porta cabins while the showroom is getting a refurb, and even though they are really busy and pretty much falling over each other they still managed to stay professional throughout. I can highly recommend them and would happily buy from them in the future. Edited, 2 weeks after owning the vehicle (SEAT Ateca) I have the commonly known problems with the infotainment system (which on the test drive I was told the problems had already been rectified a couple of years ago) since then the customer service seems to of disappeared and although I have been getting replies to my emails from Jonathan Anderson, their manager Jonathan Hadwin however has failed to contact me directly or even reply to emails he has been tagged in. They now want to plug my car into a computer to identify the fault (a fault all VW group cars are suffering with and so far there is no solution). I have been waiting 4 days for a call from their service team to book it in for the pointless act. I would avoid buying a new car from them until VW group get their act together and sort out the problems. I spoke to SEAT UK customer service and when I asked why they are still selling cars with a known fault his answer was "good question", that says it all.
