I can’t speak highly enough about James and the family at Doncaster Motors. I’ll admit when I found the car online and did some internet sleuthing to find they had no retail premises I was skeptical. However, my concerns were quickly laid to rest the buying experience was as all car sales should be, hassle free, left alone with no pressure, test drive alone, then a deal made and James sorted all the paperwork within minutes including my part ex and private plate transfer, driving away within an hour of our arrival. After the sale nothing was too much trouble when finalising the paperwork. Then I had the dreaded dash board warning lights around a month after the sale. Again James was on hand and arranged an appointment at their garage partner who fixed everything at no cost to me, and James even provided a courtesy car. I’m sure if anything is picked up when the car goes for MOT next month James and the family team at Doncaster Motors will sort it. I can’t recommend them enough and will no doubt be back in the future for our next car.
