We have a 48-hour cancellation policy. If you cancel your reservation at least 48 hours before your scheduled arrival, you will receive a full refund. If you cancel within 48 hours of your arrival, you will be charged for the first night's stay.

    Not the most idyllic place for home in, terms of tranquility, but, it has a certain charm. Nestling, between a lane, the river Mersey, and, the M60 motorway, this residential caravan site, affords comfortable and at times, a challenging way of life;especially in winter months. All 'vans, are connected too, mains Gas, Electricity, Waste disposal. Most are for weekly rental, but, a few are owner occupiers, who pay a monthly ground rent. Overall, the ultimate downsize way of living.
