I've had problems with my front door for a long time: wobbly locks, the door not flush and not shutting properly unless slammed. After visiting the shop Chris popped round an hour later. He realigned and tightened the locks and even offered to replace the lock barrel. I couldn't be happier. Very reasonable price for the service. Chris was also very good humoured, informative, tidy and quick. He was happy to talk through the locks and explain the work he did in detail. Highly recommended!

Fantastic service from start to finish. Came earlier than expected which they didn't call ahead for but ultimately they were very helpful. Repaired the UPVC locks, reset the door and were just very nice throughout the whole thing. 10/10 would use again.
