I have had several acupuncture sessions with James for chronic knee pain and the service I have received has been first class with an impressive reduction in pain and an increase in my mobility. The atmosphere is very soothing and James is an excellent practitioner. Just don't expect miracles after one acupuncture session as mine definitely took two to feel a real difference

So helpful. James went above and beyond my acupuncture session by teaching me foundational Qigong practices via instructional videos after the session. I knew nothing about Qigong (which is a bit like Tai Chi) and didn't know what to make of it at first, but it was exactly what I needed. It's very relaxing, and brilliant for restoring a mind-body connection. I'm so grateful to James for taking the extra time to share his knowledge with me! I would really recommend asking him about it.

Great place to go for a treatment. I was suffering with shoulder pain for months and with James’s electro acupuncture treatment I saw a remarkable pain relief overnight. I had manual lymphatic drainage with Scarlett today and it was truly the loveliest experience. I arrived feeling anxious, but everything about Scarlett's approach felt so reassuring and calming - she's clearly someone who cares deeply about people. I'd previously had a horrible experience with a local MLD specialist and my session with Scarlett was the absolute antithesis of this! Empathic, gentle, professional. And just in case anyone is doing a keyword search: as a fat person, this felt like a really safe place for a massage.

Afterwards she adviced me on what to do and where she could feel tension which I really like usually therapists don’t say anything and I find it annoying. Already booked another one. Thank you
