    My partner tried getting through on phone waited 5 hours to get through . When we got through the receptionist was very ignorant and said what’s up with ya . We told her we had rang 111 they told us to ring ya doctors and all she could say is go to walk in centre . I’ve never ever known any thing like it . Kingston medical was miles better .

    I PHONED UP THE RIVERSIDE DOCTORS TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT TO SEE A DOCTOR AS I'VE HAS A VERY BAS COLD FOR 5DAYS I'VE ALSO GOT COPD AND ASTHMA AND I WAS TOLD GO TO THE WALK IN CENTRE WHICH IS IN TOWN I ALSO FINDING IT HARD TO BREATH NOT HAPPY OF THE WAY I'VE BEEN TREATED THIS MORNING BEEN ON PHONE SINCE 8AM BY 9AM THERE WAS NO APPOINTMENTS
