Danny and the team recently stepped in to assist me when my own laundry had a mechanical breakdown. It was during a bank holiday and even though he was very busy he volunteered to take a large chunk of my linen and process it for me. We began using Riverside laundry for our airbnb back in September 2021. Unfortunately during that time we experienced delayed deliveries, ripped and stained laundry and often we were given laundry that did not belong to us. Despite this, we were always understanding and polite and never kicked up a fuss about this. In April 2022 they expressed they were struggling to manage our laundry due to the small quantities we were providing in contrast to their larger hotel customers so at their request we agreed to find another laundry company. In May 2022 we began using another firm and sorted through all of the laundry we had, it turned out over 90% was not ours. We therefore returned these to Riverside and asked them to return all of our missing laundry. We were promised this and told we would not be left in the lurch, but this never happened. The laundry was not returned and Riverside refused to pay for the cost of replacing what they had lost. This equated to over £300 that Riverside should have been responsible for covering. If you want your laundry to actually be cleaned properly, not ripped and not lost then we strongly recommend you go elsewhere.
