Absolutely fuming go here on a sun holiday get given a caravan no central heating no double glazing a fire in the living room which was all chipped and rusted the whole thing looked like nothing had been changed in there since the 90's staff wouldn't upgrade us or swap the caravan we didn't even stay after that drove 2 and a half hours back home on the same day we arrived definitely would not recommend

Own a caravan here. Perfect location. On the beach and equidistant between Whitstable and Herne bay. Facilities much improved after the arrival of David , the new manager.

Initially when we arrived the staff were helpful and friendly but after seeing the accommodation was substandard and with faulty items the staff became unhelpful and quite rude. They then tried charging us to upgrade to a van that was also substandard. The both Van's were dirty and tired. Simple things like dirty and stained cutlery and crockery. The linoleum in the toilet was lifting causing me to trip. Overall I wish I'd stayed at home so travellers beware!
