Tried to ring at dead on 8 o'clock, message said call queue already full, how can this be!!!? Surely to cover for the now closed Wood Street, more staff and Doctors are required!!! Nobody chooses to be ill and then can't get through when they are. Very dissatisfied.

The process of booking an appointment is hard enough but you’ve only gone and made it 100 times harder. Why not keep the old system where a busy tone is heard when the line is busy? Instead we are forced to listen to irrelevant information first then the phone says it’s busy. This is so unnecessary!!!

Had a very bad experience from the side of drs,the doctor usually listen to our concern first and then jump into the treatment,but here as my partner starts telling his complaints the doctor did stopped him and asked him why you came today ,and my partner just had blood test that showed high blood sugar,usually to start someone on medication there should be set of blood test (Hba1c)to be done first to completely diagnose Diabetes but here my partner is given medication,how come .We know an appointment should last 10 min but we come to doctors to say our concern ,but we do fell we were unheard .
