    I rent a flat with these agency in Riverlight Quay. The fridge in the property doesn’t work for more than three months now! The agency said that we don’t manage the property and the landlord is abroad. Now that my contract is close to the end , I got 5 calls from Riverhomes agency saying that landlord wants us to do viewings And we need to get access to the property! But when I ask for the fridge, no body answers me. Last time they told me that landlord paid some money to agency to fix this problem but I haven’t heard anything until now. I am basically paying 2,600£ per month for a flat without a fridge!
