Do not send your prescription there if it is an emergency. Their computer system is not right and they are unable find it. Staff are nice but everything else doesn't work. I lost 1h while trying to get my antibiotics sent to this pharmacy from the previous day during working hours. When they finally got my data they didn't have a full blister so they printed the receipt and I went to search elsewhere.

One younger staff ruined it for their friendly owner and the professional pharmacist. Being shouted at for being 5 mins late for a Covid test after making me wait for another 20mins. I was the only person of colour as customers. Never felt that humiliated. Then the test they claimed to be ready within 1hr didn’t arrive after 3hrs. Tried to call and no answer. Had to go back to store and dealt with the same rude man who just brushed me off to another staff. I don’t know them and being treated like that was really traumatising and felt it was racially driven.

Avoid, Would not recommend not sure why anyone would go in twice as once you receive the rude service and see the overpriced products its common sense to just go to boots...
