SABIA at Rituals Designer Outlet York is the cause of this review I,m sadly having to make. I dared to ask her for some information. She rudely continued doing what she was doing...omething with a shelf. Never turned round once! I could see her face and it was not very happy I was there and bothering her! That was evident!. It was one word responses only I was going to receive. It was clear to me she was not going to help me. I was very dissapointed and a little shocked by her total dismissal of me! So I walked away from her. Made for a most unpleasant experience. I mentioned her attitude to the other lady to be told that Sabia was tired! This lady was very helpful and pleasant as which in truth is usual for all Rituals staff in any of your branches. That is why I always choose this product. Normally would not have made a review like this for this company but her customer service was so POOR I felt I had to mention.

It was the first time I had been in this shop. The products are very nice and feel luxurious. There was a very helpful and informative member of staff who explained the products to me and even demonstrated some of the products I was interested in on my skin, without any pressure to purchase.
