This practice is progressive and supportive of people regardless of their healthcare needs. Nurse B is kind and knowledgeable and has been able to support me with blood tests, and external referrals and makes me feel heard and cared for. If you are looking for a GP who treats you like an individual and understands modern healthcare I recommend them.

This is a terrible GP practice. The level of incompetence, rudeness, gaslighting, disrespect and lack of empathy is absolutely astounding. I wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy.

Last Friday had an appointment by phone with the pharmacist regarding to the review of medicines of my client since I am a carer , I was told by the pharmacist that she was going to call after 4.00pm because she had to speak with the GP , she never call. Today first thing I did in the morning it was to call Ritchie Street to have a feedback , the answer was the pharmacist was not available and it was full booked for today so I should call at 06.30 pm to find a GP . THe service is awful, even if I explained that I am going to Portugal and I need it to solve this issue. THey really don't care !

RUN!!! You could die with days in this practice Worst doctor appointment I have ever had was today with Dr. Jeremy Gray. Beside the fact that our conversation was a massive monologue from my side with no help whatsoever, they also decided it would be a good idea to throw a few “your condition is really bad”; “I don’t think they will give you surgery” and “in the meantime you have to learn to live with it”. I don’t have an ultimate stage disease and I don’t need to learn to live with this, I need help which they should give and also they should learn to speak compassionately.

First of all every time the GP is running 0 examination. I have a severe pain and the left side of my face has the sensation of tingling. I went there on 11/04 a doctor see me and with 0 examination they told me just take ibuprofen like the pills are candy’s. So I told to them I need to use my private insurance and I requested a form to be filled up. Guess what they have only one person who is doing this job and is on holidays for 3 weeks. This means in order to have an appointment with a private doctor I need to wait 3 weeks and have my left side of my face numb. They just don’t care, even if you have something urgent no professionals at all.

I saw a nurse who was very professional and did my tests in half the time it has taken doctors elsewhere. I can’t speak for what it’s like if you walk in without appt but I had an appointment and there wasn’t much waiting around, I was in and out within an hour and everything about my condition was explained to me clearly

Recently joined the surgery and attended a review with nurse Ariton Boateng - so impressed she was kind, professional, informative, and really took the time to understand my worries and concerns and reassured me and offered me advice and action. I’m not usually one to write reviews but really felt empowered after leaving the surgery many thanks Fleur
